| Description | Although a person might leave, this does not mean that hiring managers can automatically replace that person. The vacancy must first be raised, reviewed, and approved. Even a new post that has been agreed in principle must also go through this process as, since the approval, conditions might have changed and there is a now a recruitment freeze. |
