Description | As far as planning goes, there are two distinct activities here: first, the "interview panel", or representative (such as the Hiring manager or his/her delegate) needs plan what format the interview will take. For example, is it a straightforward 40 minute interview or will it be a whole day's assessment with various tests and presentations? Secondly, and based on this decision, there is the need to actually book rooms and the interview panel's time (make sure it is entered in the Outlook Calendar). Once the format of the interview is agreed, the shortlisting process can commence. |
