- Service ethic is expert, responsive, and client-oriented (e.g. Emphasize a "pull" model of consulting as proposed to "pushing" predefined solutions. This does not mean you do not use and re-use existing collateral and tools).
- Ensuring that all actors have access to a fit-for-purpose knowledge base (and that all actors are incentivised to contribute t this knowledge base as opposed to the opposite, which silo-based targets will inevitably encourage). |
