02 Example Output or Report Recruitment Demo
Description
The recruitment demo is based on a real client assignment from a few years ago. The end-to-end process diagram and its nine sub-processes is essentially their "as is" model at the time.
This demo is a "sanitized" version, i.e. it does not identify the client involved. I have also extended the model with "made up" data to illustrate some key aspects of what a process model could (arguably, should) contain. These extensions are based on the idea that a process is a complex system that has many different components and "points of view". For example:
