Description

When you say "Business" (with its implications of profit), many non-profit organisation tend to think, "This is not for me". However, the idea of Business Process is applicable to any organisation that is delivering something of value to an end user. Perhaps we should think in terms of "organisation processes", or, as Geary Rummler said, "how work gets done".
